EA Sports has already used Frostbite technology

  • With E3 2016 and EA Play events just around the corner, fans are expected a glimpse of “FIFA 17” for the first time, perhaps running on the new Frostbite engine.

    According to Game Informer, EA’s upcoming sports games will run on Frostbite Engine starting with “fifa coins ps4. ” Meanwhile, NHL Madden and NBA Live sports franchises will follow over the next few years.

    Other games running on Frostbite are “Battlefield, ” “Star Wars: Battlefront” and “Need for Speed. ” EA Sports has already used Frostbite technology with Rory McIlroy PGA Tour and EA’s Tiburon.

    The report says that the move is in line with EA’s company strategy. There is only one tech platform for them in a long term as shared by executive vice president Patrick Söderlund at E3 2015. “We just need to have a conscious plan and strategy for how we get there, ” Soderlund said.

    “FIFA 17” is expected to launch in September for PS4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
